Ingredients
Chili Sesame Vinaigrette

Tbs sesame oil
2
Tbs rice wine vinegar
1
tsp
chili garlic sauce
1
tsp
minced ginger
1
tsp
honey
salt to taste
Salad:
8
large carrots
peeled and shredded
1/2
cup
edamame beans
1
red Fresno chili
thinly sliced
2
tsp
plack sesame seeds
Instructions
For the chili Sesame Vinaigrette, whisk together the ingredients.
Toss the carrots, edamame, chili and sesame seeds with the vinaigrette and gently toss together. Season to taste with salt.
