Chickpea and Tomato Salad with Fresh Basil

Ingredients

can chickpeas
drained and rinsed

About 1grape tomatoes
halved

large basil leaves
chopped

cloves
of garlic
minced

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tbsp
apple cider vinegar

tsp
olive oil

tbsp
honey

pinch
of salt
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together and chill for at least 20 minutes, allowing all the flavors to merge.
Then enjoy!
Can serve over a bed of fresh arugula, yum!
