or other non dairy milk

Tbs organic chia seeds

Tbs cacao nibs

Tbs organic hemp seed
3
pitted dates
1 – 1.5
inch
peice of fresh ginger

cinnamon
pinch
ground clove
pinch
ground alspice
Ice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a good blender. Add ice and blend until desired consistancy.
