or 1.5 cup water

Tb protein powder or 1 scoop

cup
spinach

cucumber

small carrot
1
small celery stalk
1
handful parsley
about a cup

sprigs fresh mint

apple
1/4
orange

slice
smalllemon

slice
smalllime

spear pineapple

cups
frozen blueberries
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend. Enjoy!
If you need to sweeten it up a bit you can add a second spear of pineapple or just add a couple of pitted dates.
You can add any of your favorite berries.
It truly is a green drink until you add the frozen berries
