Grilled or Roasted Cauliflower
I think that anything grilled or roasted makes it better! When looking for a side, try grilling or roasting your veggies. I love cauliflower and this makes it even better!

Instructions
  1. Cut cauliflower into large chunks.
  2. Rub olive oil onto cauliflower and salt and pepper.
  3. Grill on BBQ (we use a grate tray with small holes) or roast at 350 until desired tenderness.
  4. Grilling timing varies. I like my veggies to have a little crunch, I don’t like it soggy.
