Ingredients

large ripe bananas
mashed
1
cup
of uncooked gluten free rolled oats
1/4
cup
crushed walnuts
Variations on recipe: Add cinnamon
dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, raisins. Feel free to experiment a little!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the walnuts and place a tablespoon fo each on the cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes. Makes approx. 16 cookies
