  1. Boil cinnamon sticks in water until mixture is reduced and has a strong cinnamon flavor. Remove from heat. Dissolve cocoa powder and sugar in cold coconut milk by stirring with a wire whisk. Add the cinnamon water and sticks once milk is hot.
  2. Serve hot! Enjoy!
  3. You can add more cinnamon to your hot milk mixture for more cinnamon flavor.
  4. For an added kick, add Peppermint Schnapps or Kaluha for a night cap!
