No Bake Energy Bar/Balls
A quick, easy protein rich snack. Kids love them. Adults love them!

  1. Mix all ingredients together, form into balls and keep in the refrigerator.
  2. Original recipe says to refrigerate for 2 hours and then form into bars but I found rolling into balls much easier.
  3. I chopped the dried cherries so they were smaller bites.
