Ingredients
1/4
avocado
1
cup
pineapple or 1 spear pineapple
1
orange

cup
spinach or other leafy green
10
oz
water or favorite non-dairy milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend together.
You can add 3 Tbs hemp seed for an added 10 gram protein. Or add your favorite protein powder. Or both!
I like my smoothies cold so I throw in a frozen orange and use rice milk or almond milk instead of water for added calcium.
