This smoothie has great healthy fats and will keep you full!

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend together.
  2. You can add 3 Tbs hemp seed for an added 10 gram protein. Or add your favorite protein powder. Or both!
  3. I like my smoothies cold so I throw in a frozen orange and use rice milk or almond milk instead of water for added calcium.
