This smoothie has cod liver oil in it for good fat and its good for you. You can omit if you have an aversion to it, you can add walnuts or flax seed instead.

scoop/greens protein powder
or 3 Tb hemp seed and/or 1 serving pumpkin seed protein powder

lemon flavored cod liver oil
an optional choice if not vegan/vegetarian

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend. Yum!
