full-fat canned coconut milk

honey

pure vanilla extract

ground turmeric

cinnamon

ground ginger

black pepper

chia seeds
Toppings

coconut yogurt

cup
fresh berries

toasted coconut chips

dark chocolate chips

trail mix

favorite nuts
Instructions
Combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper together in a bowl.
Stir will to combine completely.
Add chia seeds and mix evenly. Set aside for a few minutes.
Stir again before covering and putting in the fridge overnight.
Divide into bowls. Should make 4 servings or more depending on desired serving size.
Top with your favorite toppings.

I actually left the pudding in the original bowl and just served from it every morning.
