Turmeric Golden Milk Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions
  1. Combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Stir will to combine completely.
  3. Add chia seeds and mix evenly. Set aside for a few minutes.
  4. Stir again before covering and putting in the fridge overnight.
  5. Divide into bowls. Should make 4 servings or more depending on desired serving size.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings.

I actually left the pudding in the original bowl and just served from it every morning.
