6 Month Health Coaching Program



Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Have you ever wanted something in your life, but found you couldn’t achieve it alone?

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

The 6 month program gives you the time to develop new habits to achieve the health goals you have set, and allows you to reset your own habits for life-long success.

Changes don’t happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. So, my program helps to incorporate changes in your life over a 6 month period. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

We continue on from the 3 month program and build a more solid foundation in your health by continuing to share more healthy recipes, fine tuning your specific health concerns, looking at stress and its effect on your body, personal care products and chemicals in our environment.

two one hour sessions per month
