When you are having trouble getting your family to eat breakfast, this just might do the trick. For me, its more of an afterschool treat or something I would bring to a function to share.
This is a total upgrade to hashbrowns. Can be used for breakfast or as a side to a dinner entree!
A warm lemony quinoa breakfast with a maple berry compote. Great lemony flavor!
Vegetarian Fritatta with Potatoes and Onions. A good breakfast or dinner. A vegan fritatta. One of my daughters favorite dishes.
For a hot breakfast or even good for a dinner, this dish has an Indian flair. Can omit the eggs to make it vegan.
