Ingredients
- 4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 3 Tb honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Toppings
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut chips
- 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup trail mix
- 1/2 cup favorite nuts

Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Stir will to combine completely.
- Add chia seeds and mix evenly. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Stir again before covering and putting in the fridge overnight.
- Divide into bowls. Should make 4 servings or more depending on desired serving size.
- Top with your favorite toppings.

I actually left the pudding in the original bowl and just served from it every morning.
