- 2 cups old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup granola

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread oats on cookie sheet. Place in oven and toast for 8-10 min.
- Meanwhile, combine the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Disolve together.
- Add the toasted oats, flaxseed and granola to the peanutbutter sauce.
- Working with dampened hands, shape into 1 inch balls and place back on the cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator. When completely cooled, place into a ziplock back and keep in the frig. for whenever you get that knack for a snack.
