Granola / Peanut Butter Balls
If you have kids, this is a great after school snack to have on a plate for them when they get home. These snacks work great also for getting a little more protein in or to keep you sustained to your next meal. Can also satisfy that sweet tooth to keep you from eating candy and sweets!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread oats on cookie sheet. Place in oven and toast for 8-10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Disolve together.
  3. Add the toasted oats, flaxseed and granola to the peanutbutter sauce.
  4. Working with dampened hands, shape into 1 inch balls and place back on the cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator. When completely cooled, place into a ziplock back and keep in the frig. for whenever you get that knack for a snack.
