This is an easy delicious oatmeal you can grab out of the fridge and go! I always double this recipe and I usually make in a glass bowl with a lid. You can make more than double and eat from it for a few days. My favorite berry in this recipe is fresh raspberries!

- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk or favorite non-dairy milk
- 1.5 tsp dried chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup more or less to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add blueberries and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
