Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 10 cloves garlic
- 2/3 bunch of cilantro
- 9 Tbs gluten free tamari sauce - can also use coconut aminos to make soy free I use 5 Tbs tamari and 4 Tbs water
- 5 Tbs brown sugar I use 3 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1 Tbs chili oil
- 1/2 tsp -Rice vinegar

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor except for cilantro and process until smooth. Add cilantro and continue to process until smooth. Chill. Serve with cut veggies.
- On occasion, I have simply mixed everything together by hand.
- This recipe can also be used for a dipping sauce for spring rolls.
