  1. Blend all in a Vitamix and enjoy!
  2. Notes:
  3. I get the package of pinapple spears from Costco for simplicity.
  4. You can use your favorite protein powder, I just happen to like the Garden of Life brand. Or just put in 3 Tbs hemp seed and 1.5 scoops of pumpkin seed protein powder.
  5. I also get the frozen organic antioxidant blend berries from Costco. Its a blend of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries and pomegranate seeds. A great blend. But if you cant find that blend, you can use your favorite frozen berries.
