Ingredients
- 1 spear pinapple
- 1/4 avocado
- large handful fresh organic strawberries
- 1 11- oz carton of coconut water or favorite non-dairy drink
- 1-2 Tb ground flax seed
- 2 tsp lemon flavored cod liver oil with vitamin D3 an optional item if not vegan/vegetarian
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
- 2 cup kale
- 1.5 cup frozen organic antioxidant blend berries from Costco

- Blend all in a Vitamix and enjoy!
- Notes:
- I get the package of pinapple spears from Costco for simplicity.
- You can use your favorite protein powder, I just happen to like the Garden of Life brand. Or just put in 3 Tbs hemp seed and 1.5 scoops of pumpkin seed protein powder.
- I also get the frozen organic antioxidant blend berries from Costco. Its a blend of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries and pomegranate seeds. A great blend. But if you cant find that blend, you can use your favorite frozen berries.
