This has to be the easiest, quickest recipe I have. Its a great soup on a hot day. A definite crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 46 oz jar organic tomatoe juice
- 1 10.5 oz can chicken broth
- 4 TB red wine vinegar
- 4 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp crushed oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 large sweet onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper cut into pieces
- 1/2 large cauliflower cut into pieces
- 1 medium cucumber cut into pieces
- 3 medium tomatoes cut into chunks
- 2 TB capers with some juice
- 1 6 oz can whole pitted black olives
- slices avocadofor garnish
- pickled asparagus for garnish

- Mix all ingredients. Good the next day too. For a more spicey taste you can add more spices like cayenne pepper, garlic powder or what I like is a few fresh pressed garlic. I also like to season with ghost pepper from Whole Foods for the extra kick! You can season with whatever you fancy. Enjoy!
