Ingredients
- 1 seedless watermelon cut into cubes or scooped with a melon baller
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup basil cut into very thin ribbons (chiffonade)
- salt and pepper to taste optional
- juice of 1 lime optional

Instructions
- In a large bowl combine melon, crumbled cheese and basil. Toss gingerly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and juice if using.
