Ingredients
- Chili Sesame Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbs sesame oil
- 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- salt to taste
- Salad:
- 8 large carrots peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup edamame beans
- 1 red Fresno chili thinly sliced
- 2 tsp plack sesame seeds

Instructions
- For the chili Sesame Vinaigrette, whisk together the ingredients.
- Toss the carrots, edamame, chili and sesame seeds with the vinaigrette and gently toss together. Season to taste with salt.
