Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice milk or other non dairy milk
- 2 Tbs organic chia seeds
- 2 Tbs cacao nibs
- 2 Tbs organic hemp seed
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 - 1.5 inch peice of fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch ground clove
- pinch ground alspice
- Ice

- Blend all ingredients in a good blender. Add ice and blend until desired consistancy.
