Ingredients
- Step 1: Turmeric Paste
- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- Step 2: Golden Milk
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk hemp or coconut are also good options for nut free
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp or more of turmeric paste
- 1/2 - 1 tsp raw local honey

Instructions
- Instructions for Turmeric Paste Step 1:
- Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir constantly until the mixture is a thick paste. This does not take long so don't walk away from the pan.
- Instructions for Golden Milk Step 2;
- Combine all the ingredients for the golden milk except the honey in a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium. While heating make sure to stir constantly and do ot allow the mixture to boil. Add honey to taste.
