Ingredients
- 1-11 oz container of coconut water or 1.5 cup water
- 2 Tb protein powder or 1 scoop
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small celery stalk
- 1 handful parsley about a cup
- 3-4 sprigs fresh mint
- 1/4 apple
- 1/4 orange
- 1 slice smalllemon
- 1 slice smalllime
- 1 spear pineapple
- 1-2 cups frozen blueberries

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend. Enjoy!
- If you need to sweeten it up a bit you can add a second spear of pineapple or just add a couple of pitted dates.
- You can add any of your favorite berries.
- It truly is a green drink until you add the frozen berries
