I think that anything grilled or roasted makes it better! When looking for a side, try grilling or roasting your veggies. I love cauliflower and this makes it even better!

- Cut cauliflower into large chunks.
- Rub olive oil onto cauliflower and salt and pepper.
- Grill on BBQ (we use a grate tray with small holes) or roast at 350 until desired tenderness.
- Grilling timing varies. I like my veggies to have a little crunch, I don't like it soggy.
