Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 2 medium potatoes cubed
- 2 medium sweet potatoes cubed
- 1 medium red pepper chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlicminced
- 1-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 26- oz Pomi strained tomatoes
- 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 - 1 tsp no salt seasoning

Instructions
- Inn a large skillet, cook the chicken, potatoes, red pepper, onion and garlicc in oil until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; cook and stir until heated though.
