- 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder make sure soy and gluten free
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 2 quarts almond/coconut milk make sure soy free
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Boil cinnamon sticks in water until mixture is reduced and has a strong cinnamon flavor. Remove from heat. Dissolve cocoa powder and sugar in cold coconut milk by stirring with a wire whisk. Add the cinnamon water and sticks once milk is hot.
- Serve hot! Enjoy!
- You can add more cinnamon to your hot milk mixture for more cinnamon flavor.
- For an added kick, add Peppermint Schnapps or Kaluha for a night cap!
