This smoothie has cod liver oil in it for good fat and its good for you. You can omit if you have an aversion to it, you can add walnuts or flax seed instead.

Ingredients
- 1-11.1 oz container coconut water or your favorite non-dairy drink 1.5 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 spear pineapple
- 1 scoop/greens protein powder or 3 Tb hemp seed and/or 1 serving pumpkin seed protein powder
- 2 tsp lemon flavored cod liver oil an optional choice if not vegan/vegetarian
- 2 cups greens (spinach romaine lettuce, swiss chard)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
