This is a chocolate lovers smoothie. Chocolate is full of antioxidants. If you add frozen strawberries instead of the blueberries, it has a chocolate covered strawberry flavor.
This is one of my favorite smoothies. I love the lemon cod liver oil in it and I buy the cod liver oil with added vitamin D. The color of this drink varies with the frozen berries you put in it.
